The Foundation is created and shall be operated exclusively and solely within the provisions of of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code or any similar Federal Statue hereinafter in effect, for religious, for charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, within the United States or any of its possessions.

The OSIA Colorado foundation grants seniors of Italian heritage the opportunity to attend the college of their choice.  Every year the foundation offers scholarships to young men and women from across the state of Colorado.
